Legal and Financial Consulting Role in Dubai - Public Relations Officer

 Job Description:

This is a full-time employment opportunity under a DMCC employment contract, offering a competitive salary starting from 13,000 dirhams, subject to negotiation based on interview results. The working hours are from 8:00 to 17:00, with the office located at Office 2901, Jumeirah Bay x3 JLT Tower Dubai. Functional Responsibilities:

1. Perform various duties related to Employment Visas and Investors Visas service provision, as well as liaising with state institutions, institutions, and municipalities.
2. Deliver high-quality services to clients across all service offerings.
3. Ensure customer service delivery aligns with approved company terms.
4. Maintain effective communication with government officials, institutions, and service providers on behalf of clients and the Company.
5. Demonstrate proactive service delivery to clients.
6. Stay updated on industry developments and inform colleagues and management accordingly.
7. Uphold polite and courteous treatment of customers.
8. Share knowledge with marketing, content, and customer support departments.
9. Maintain an up-to-date contact base using company-defined software.
10. Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and directives.

Salary: The salary offered is AED 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of U.A.E. Labor law.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in Dubai.
• Knowledgeable about company formation in Mainland & Free Zone, as well as processing and attesting legal documents.
• Strong administration skills.
• Personal car ownership is essential.
• Proficient in both oral and written English, with native Arabic proficiency.
• Familiarity with UAE Labor law and Immigration rules and regulations.
• Effective interpersonal skills for interaction with local government agencies.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
