Warehouse Assistant/Utility Worker
Location: Barrhead, AB

Wage: $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
Schedule: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, 7 Days on, 7 Days Off. Schedule is non-negotiable.

**This position is NOT available for AINP or LMIA Applicants. You must have an Open Work Permit valid until at least June 2026, or be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen. Attending an in-person interview is a requirement, no virtual interviews will be conducted.

Duties Include but Not Limited to:

  • Forklift Operation: Must be able to safely operate and pass the internal forklift training course in 1 month or less.
  • Wrapping/Unwrapping Pallets
  • Stacking/Unstacking/Restacking Bags on Pallets
  • Loading/Unloading Trucks: Including correctly and fully completing necessary shipping/receiving documents as directed.
  • Parts Cleaning
  • General Building/Yard/Site Maintenance and Labour

Requirements:

  • Easily lift and handle up to 55 pounds
  • Reliable & Honest
  • Physically Fit
  • Maintain a 95% Attendance Rate
  • Able to work with a Team or Independently
  • Ability to Read, Write, Understand, and Speak English to an exemplary level due to safety considerations.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
