Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical asset management specialist knowledge to address specific queries or complex challenges.
• Assist SAP users with professional product solutions and implementation.
• Proactively ensure the integrity of the asset management system, offering robust solution architecture and guidance on project management best practices.
• Develop best practices and provide training to internal departments and external stakeholders, including contracted maintenance service providers, to enhance the asset management system.
• Conduct user training and support to enhance asset management solutions and processes for improved scalability.
• Analyze comprehensive business challenges and requirements, and devise appropriate solution strategies.
• Assess the capabilities and limitations of technical environments, translating user business requirements into product adaptations.
• Report to the Head of Fleet Reliability & Standards.

Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering or Technical Education or equivalent.

Professional Qualifications:

• Certified in Asset Management.
• Proven experience with backend integration-related topics and challenges.
• Experience in maintenance management systems and mobility solutions.
• Possession of a full driving license.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in an SAP environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical, civil, or electrical maintenance services industries.

Other Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• English as a first language or advanced level of written and verbal skills.
• Experience in performance-related topics and challenges, including structuring and analyzing performance.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams at various levels and diverse personalities, particularly in cross-cultural teams.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal oversight, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude.
